Pricing reflects panel supply quotes across our 2024-26 manufacturing. Bands move with component brand selection (Schneider premium / L&T mid / Havells cost), fault level rating (kA), enclosure spec (IP54 vs IP65), and any custom requirements (BMS integration, SCADA, special metering). Final quote after SLD + BOQ approval.

AMF Panel
Automatic Mains Failure (genset auto-changeover)
Senses mains failure, starts genset, transfers load, monitors voltage/frequency, returns to mains when restored. Critical for any genset installation.
Typically used with: Every diesel/gas genset
LT Main Panel
Low Tension Main Distribution (415V)
Receives power from transformer or genset, distributes to sub-panels (MCC / PCC / sub-DBs). Houses main breaker, metering, PFC connection point.
Typically used with: Every commercial / industrial site
HT Panel / Switchgear
High Tension (11 / 22 / 33 kV)
Receives HV from DISCOM, feeds transformer. Vacuum Circuit Breakers (VCB), surge protection, metering CT/PT, ring main units for multi-feeder sites.
Typically used with: Industrial / commercial with HV connection
APFC Panel
Automatic Power Factor Correction
Capacitor bank with intelligent controller. Maintains power factor above DISCOM threshold (typically 0.95). Avoids reactive power penalties.
Typically used with: Any site with motor loads or inductive equipment
Synchronizing / Paralleling Panel
Multi-genset synchronization
Brings multiple gensets into phase, frequency, and voltage sync. Allows load-sharing across gensets or grid-tie. Required for N+1 / 2N redundancy.
Typically used with: Data centers, hospitals, large IT parks
Motor Control Center (MCC)
Multi-motor starter panel
Centralized motor starting + protection for factories with multiple motor loads. Soft starters, VFDs, DOL, star-delta starter combinations.

We strongly recommend Premium or Mid tier for critical applications (hospitals, data centers, large factories). Cost tier is acceptable for low-criticality backup or budget-constrained projects. All tiers are honestly disclosed in the BOQ before order placement.

Single Line Diagram (SLD)
We prepare SLD based on your load list, fault level, and protection scheme. PE-signed if required.
GA + BOQ Approval
General Arrangement drawing + Bill of Quantity sent for your approval. All component brands itemized.
Fabrication + Assembly
Sheet metal fabrication, powder coating, bus bar bending, internal wiring as per approved drawing.
Routine + Type Tests
Routine test on every panel: insulation, dielectric, continuity, function test. Type-tested designs for IS 8623 / IEC 61439 compliance.
Delivery + Installation
Transport, site placement, cable termination, earthing connection, function commissioning.
Pre-commissioning Tests + Handover
Insulation Resistance (Megger), breaker timing tests, protection relay setting, signed handover documents.
