Pricing ranges reflect typical market quotes for new CPCB IV+ diesel gensets across the brands we supply in 2024-26. Final quote depends on brand selection, canopy spec (open/silent), AMF panel options, fuel-tank capacity, current OEM rates, site delivery, and applicable taxes. Multi-unit and AMC-bundled orders qualify for additional discounts.
Compliance Pathway: New, Retrofit, or Buyback
If your existing genset is pre-CPCB IV+, you have three legitimate options. Not every operator needs a new genset - sometimes a retrofit or buyback is the smarter spend.
Continue Non-Compliant
Operating a pre-2014 genset without retrofit or replacement in Delhi NCR or industrial Rajasthan risks pollution-board inspection and fines of Rs 1-15 lakh, plus possible operation ban.
5-year cost: Fines + fuel-wastage (~Rs 2-8 lakh depending on kVA) + nil resale value at end.
RECD Retrofit
Add a CPCB-approved emission control device to your existing genset. Cheapest legal compliance for 100-500 kVA units under 10,000 hours.

Commissioning + load bank test
Full load test at 50/75/100% of rated load before handover. Signed test report retained for 5 years.
AMC handover meeting
We onboard your facility team on operation, maintenance schedule, and emergency protocols.
OEM warranty registration
We handle warranty registration with the OEM (Greaves / Cummins / KOEL / Mahindra) so you do not have to chase paperwork.
First 6-month service
First scheduled maintenance visit included with new genset purchase.
